David Mann stated that RevRoad Capital was established in 2022 which aims to support innovation-driven startups and accelerate founder's growth. The company is a sister firm to 'venture services'. It has a proven track record and capital, combined with RevRoad's mature entrepreneurial ecosystem, fill a gap in modern venture capital business models. The debut fundraise reflects the combined strengths, attracting dynamic founders and investing in next-generation global companies like Hypercraft, Particl, Kinectify, Halosight, and Sierra Innovations.

RevRoad, a venture service firm, has raised $15 million from private investors to support startups. The firm offers marketing, finance, and other services in return for equity, hosting pitch competitions and meetups. The investment will support entrepreneurs and RevRoad to expand its operations to Orlando, Florida, aiming to help them reach critical milestones.
Rachelle Morris stated that Utah is considered one of the best states in the nation for women entrepreneurs and it has been wonderful for the company to become the financial support of so many accomplished women while raising the capital. It is impossible to distinguish between men and women in the RevRoad Capital story when you look at the growth of the company. She continued, "We are all working together."
RevRoad Capital, a seed-stage fund, closed its first $61 million fund in October 2023. The fund aims to capitalize on Utah's growing startup community and its renowned collaboration culture. Utah's collaboration culture is a key factor in its success in job creation and innovation, earning it several awards and recognitions like "Best State to Start a Business" by Wallet Hub in 2023, "Nation's Best Economy" & "No. 1 Overall" by U.S. News & World Report in 2023.
