The Center has outlined a plan for gradually establishing "Nari Adalats" to give women a different grievance redressal mechanism for dealing with minor incidences of harassment, subversion, or restriction of rights or entitlements faced by women at the gramme panchayat level. The instructions for the "Mission Shakti" programme, which were announced by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, include a road plan to make it possible.

The guidelines also lay out the roadmap for the direction of the flagship Beti Bachao Beti Padhao Scheme, which will be implemented across all districts, with a target of working towards improving the Sex Ratio at Birth (SRB) by 2 points every year, improving and sustaining institutional deliveries at a rate of 95%, checking the drop out rate of girls from school, and 1% increase in enrollment at secondary education level and skilling of girls per year.

The "Mission Shakti" programme is an all-encompassing initiative for the safety, security, and empowerment of women. Beginning on April 1, the "Mission Shakti" standards will be retroactively applicable.

Along with Nari Adalats, the Mission now includes a new element called "Gap Funding for Economic Empowerment."

The Nari Adalats are described in the guidelines as women's collectives that will support and enable gender justice in society and within families as well as alternative dispute resolution. Nari Adalats, or women collectives, will be formed out of dedicated and well-respected women for a phased implementation. This platform will also be used to interact with the general public in order to raise awareness, solicit comments for programme enhancement, and facilitate efficient service delivery to the general public.

According to the regulations, women's helplines operating under the 181 number must be integrated with the One Stop Centers, the Emergency Response Support System number 112 for all emergencies, and other platforms like the 1098 Child line. "Women's cases will be seamlessly transferred from 112 to 181 and vice versa thanks to this integration. Future efforts will focus on creating a single number, 112, for emergency response and 181, for non-emergency services and information dissemination for women, girls, and children "It is mentioned.

The rules specify that day-care créche facilities would be offered through a component in the system that has been given the name "Palna," citing the challenges experienced by working moms in providing adequate child care and protection to their children.

Additionally, all states and UTs have been requested to investigate the feasibility of hosting an application or site that would allow enterprises to register and provide information on the crèches established in line with the Maternity Benefit Act. Employees will be able to report establishments' non-compliance with the law using this portal in order for the law to be enforced. Every business with fifty or more employees is required by law to have a childcare facility.

In coordination with the ministry of labour & employment, the WCD ministry intends to host an application or portal to track the compliance of establishments.

The flagship Beti Bachao Beti Padhao programme, which was introduced on January 22, 2015, will encompass all the districts in the nation through multi-sectoral interventions; it was previously operating in 405 districts. According to the statement, "The component will aim for zero-budget advertising and encouraging greater spend on activities that have on ground impact like promoting sports among girls, self-defence camps, construction of girls toilets, making available sanitary napkin vending machines and sanitary pads especially in educational institutions and awareness about PC-PNDT Act"
