Michelle O'Hara to Join Humana as New CHRO

Recently, Humana made an announcement regarding the appointment of Michelle O’Hara into the position of new Chief Human Resources Officer in the firm. Her position will be effective from January 2025. Moreover, Humana is a Health and wellbeing company.
In addition, Michelle carries over 20 years of work experience in the HR leadership, making her a seasoned leader in the industry. She will be leading the enterprise talent strategy of the company after her appointment and will also oversee programs for more than 63,000 employees all across the organisation.
Her appointment marks a significant step in the company while being on a strategic side especially on workforce transformation, which shall foster a diverse talent pipeline, intending to the mission assistance of Humana.
Prior to this, Michelle holds her experience in diverse position of HR in numerous Fortune 500 companies. From the day of her new role, she will start reporting directly to Jim Rechtin, the president and CEO of Humana.
