The Confederation of Indian Industry's (CII) 2024 "SheLeads" Women Leadership Summit was supported by the renowned cement manufacturer industry in Kashmir, Khyber Cement. The remarkable event was organized at a hotel in Srinagar, where it praised and celebrated the accomplishments of female leaders in Kashmir. The summit provided a vibrant environment for empowerment, information sharing, and networking.

These notable women shared their views and experiences with the attendees and urged them to strive for excellence.
