Kerri Hayman has become the first female CEO of Domino's Pizza, marking a significant milestone in the global pizza chain's history. Kerri is appointed at the ANZ division and will guide the company's strategic direction, oversee operations, and drive growth and innovation, reinforcing diversity and inclusion. Her appointment reflects the growing trend of women in leadership roles.
Established in 1960, Domino's is a leading global public restaurant brand in the culinary sector. Its main office is located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the company specializes in pizza, sandwiches, marketing, technology, and data analytics, among other things.
Upon her appointment, she expressed on social media, "Having grown up in the business here in Australia from a young age, it is such an honor to be stepping into the CEO role. We have so many passionate Franchise partners and team members in ANZ and I feel honored to work alongside everyone."
She continued, “My experience as a team member, in operations, and as a multi-store owner, has fostered enormous empathy for the rewards and challenges that are an essential part of this business. I believe it has also helped me build credibility with our franchise partners, store managers, and team members, and now, in this more public-facing role, I hope to build that same rapport with our customers, and our shareholders.”
