The Indian School of Business (ISB) announced the launch of 'Women of Innovation' (I-WIN), a programme to encourage women-founded / co-founded start-ups, on Tuesday through its I-Venture.

The program's goal is to coach and assist female entrepreneurs in fine-tuning their business models, exploring fundraising opportunities, and forming alliances, all while opening new development paths. Because of I-multi-pronged WIN's approach, entrepreneurs may easily navigate the go-to-market stage and scale up their goods and technologies. ISB said in a release that sector agnostic start-ups with a minimum of one year in operation and proof of concept stage initiatives are eligible to apply.

The programme is meant to help women scale their products/services by leveraging ISB's extensive network. Women entrepreneurs can next progress to the Go-to-Market stage, where they can concentrate on scaling up their businesses with the help of focused mentorship, workshops, shared learning, networking, and a financing platform with several business growth prospects.

Women entrepreneurs are critical to the economy's growth since their participation has a direct impact on the improvement of living standards and the creation of jobs. Women entrepreneurs who are well-equipped contribute to the creation of new growth channels and excellent community outcomes. According to Saumya Kumar, Director, I-Venture @ ISB, "I-WIN" is an endeavour in that direction.

I-Venture at ISB encourages entrepreneurship and supports new businesses. It manages business incubators that give 'Start-to-Scale' entrepreneurship support and help entrepreneurs turn their ideas into lucrative businesses. It has extremely particular programmes that will cater to all stages of entrepreneurs and companies. I-Venture at ISB is always trying to build a robust ecosystem of mentors, VCs, and academics to ensure that startups go to market and grow.
