IndoSpace & Magic Bus India graduates 52 Rural Women through YWF Programme

IndoSpace and Magic Bus India Foundation have graduated 52 women from rural Maharashtra who completed the Young Women Fellowship Programme (YWFP), equipping them with essential skills in business, communication, and leadership. The program includes training modules, exposure visits, personality enhancement, and mentoring sessions. The management of IndoSpace congratulated the graduating young women and felicitated them with certificates and business kits.
The joint initiative is empowering women in Chakan and Khopoli by providing skills training and livelihood opportunities, breaking down structural barriers, and enhancing their economic independence. IndoSpace's Young Women Fellowship Programme equips women with life, entrepreneurial, and leadership skills to become self-reliant and change agents. The program includes rigorous screening, training, exposure visits, personality enhancement, workshops, mentoring, practical tasks, and community leadership projects.
