India defeats Nepal in Women's Blind Cricket Match

Simu Das and Phula Saren each scored an unbeaten half-century as India defeated Nepal by nine wickets at the Bilateral Series for the Blind at 1-1. It was the second match of the Indian Blind Women’s Cricket team.

The opening match was won by the team Nepal on Tuesday. To compete in the series against Nepal, for the first time Indian women's team has been formed.

Simu Das clinched the title of Player of the Match for her match-winning innings. On Friday, the Mulpani Cricket Ground in Kathmandu will host the third game of the Bilateral Series.

Match scores are as follows, Nepal was all out making 172 runs in 20 overs which India defeated making 174/1 in 14.3 overs.
