India Believes in Women-led Development says PM Modi while Addressing G20 Summit

On Sunday, 11 June 2023 the representatives of G20 from Indonesia, Brazil, China, Germany, and Japan arrived at Varanasi Airport for the G20 Development Ministers Meeting which is going to be held in India from 11 June to 13 June.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi had a video conferencing meeting with the delegates on Sunday presenting points about the democratization of technology, development, and improvement of the lives of people. Sustainable development is a core aspect of upgrading people's lives.
PM Modi also mentioned, women empowerment and women-led development. He stated that it is a matter of pride that the G20 agenda has reached Kashi as well. For the Global South, the term development is an important factor and the aim of sustainable development should be fulfilled by collective responsibility.
He further added that India strongly believes not only in women’s development but also in Women-led Development.
