Horlicks Women's Plus and Apollo Diagnostics have partnered for the fourth year to raise awareness about women's bone health in India. The campaign targets women aged 30 and above, encouraging them to get tested for Vitamin D deficiency. The tests will be available at over 2,000 Apollo Diagnostic centers and clinics across 200 cities at a reduced price of INR 199, significantly lower than the standard cost of INR 1,850. The initiative aims to create a culture of preventive healthcare by making testing more affordable and accessible. Over 150,000 women have already been empowered through the partnership.
Horlicks Women's Plus brand ambassador Taapsee Pannu continues to be a strong voice encouraging women to maintain their bone health. A 2023 Mompresse study found 98 per cent of Indian women suffer from body aches, with 87 per cent unaware of the link between it and poor bone health. The partnership aims to encourage early detection of Vitamin D deficiency.
4 out of 5 Indian women suffer from Vitamin D deficiency, which highlights the need for nutritional supplements. Horlicks Women's Plus and Apollo Diagnostics are partnering to make diagnosis easier, provide free counseling, and offer samples of Horlicks Women's Plus products. This partnership aims to empower women to take charge of their health through accessible, affordable preventive measures.
