Natasha K, an engineering graduate with an MBA in Human Resources, has been appointed as executive director-human resources at NCR Voyix. She previously worked at AstraZeneca SAP, Sapient, and others, where she handled talent engagement, vendor management, and exit formalities. From 2013 to 2015, she focused on process implementation, global strategy standardization, and simplification working in SAP.
Driving an experience of 15 years in HR, she specializes in business partnering, total reward, service delivery, compliance, merger and acquisition, and change & transformation.
