Girl Power Talk is An International organization that works for the girl’s and women’s upliftment and provides the platform for the girls to come forward from their shells and to emerge themselves as leaders of this world. It is proud to introduce the newest member of its leadership team Aashna Duggal as the new Chief Legal Officer of the organization.
Ms. Duggan will be directing the litigation consulting department and the Ivy League degree holder is expected to expand the company’ staff as the department is expected to grow from what it is now; a team of three to at least nine within the next year.
Ms. Duggal joined Girl Power Talk in February 2021 with an aim and objective to work with such an organization which has a mission. Primarily she started working as a content writer in the company but rapidly gained promotion’s as a leader for legal researches, digital marketing department and public relations. Her accomplishments overseeing paradigm projects with key patrons, training the personnel, and launching litigation consulting offerings with AM Law 100 firms have been notably valuable to the organization’s development.
Due to increased demand of specialized human resource in legal affairs, the services of Ms. Duggal played crucial role in the formation of a full department of legal counsels at Girl Power Talk with more than twenty experts. The department and its staff aim at further international identification with the opportunities of growing overall attorney members by three folds in the next year.
Ms. Duggal has appeared as an expert witness in the United States legal system primarily in the fields of employment law, insurance law, and defamation law. Some of her key mandates are the engagements with the respected law firms including DLA Piper, Ginsberg Jacobs LLC, and Loeb & Loeb LLP. Furthermore, she has also written presentations for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs of the New York State Bar Association as well as written famous White Papers on the Internet Defamation and Reputation Management.
Ms. Duggal remarked with passion for the new position when she said, “I am honored to become Chief Legal Officer at Girl Power Talk. This is a big step forward and a great responsibility to which I choose to equally respond diligently. ”
For the legal department, she strives to create a collaborative approach to problem-solving and constant innovation, attract highly qualified international professionals, and help the company successfully advance globally. With Girl Scouts in America now being able to earn their entrepreneurship badges through selling cookies, Hersey that runs Girl Power Talk is expectation to spearhead the company to success in adding on the expert witness and more so the litigation consulting services. Besides, the changes in the balance of ownership have seen Ms. Duggal acquire an equity stake in the company, though the details are unknown to the public.
