NASSCOM and BCG released a report, "GenAI: The Diversity Game Changer We Can't Ignore," during the Global Inclusion Summit, Bengaluru, analyzing women's adoption of AI and recommending actionable steps for an inclusive environment and sustainable growth.

The report highlights the high professional ambitions of women in the AI industry, emphasizing the importance of diversity in reducing bias and enhancing ethical outcomes. With GenAI is expected to dominate 33 per cent of the global AI landscape by 2027, with a CAGR of 25-35 per cent. Women are willing to invest more time in GenAI, with 95 per cent junior, 96 per cent mid-management, and 100 per cent senior management for success. They view GenAI tools as a boost to their perceived competence, with 1 in 5 women using GenAI tools daily. Gen AI adoption is driven by efficiency and innovation.
