Facilities are being Established to Encourage Women in Governance and Business: LG J-K

Manoj Sinha, the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, stated on Wednesday that the government is taking aggressive steps to develop facilities that will encourage women to participate in governance, business, and other areas.
At the Raj Bhavan, Sinha met with members of Women do Ride, Jammu and Kashmir's first women cycling group.
The LG also complimented the members of Payal Jain's club.
"The government is making proactive interventions to build adequate infrastructure and facilities to encourage women's participation in governance, business, and other sectors," Sinha said.
According to Sinha, the cyclist's tenacity and will to succeed is inspiring success stories in a variety of fields.
He praised the club's efforts to promote positivity in society, gender equality, women's empowerment, skill sharing, and invaluable contributions to the country's social development.
During the meeting, members of the club informed the Lt Governor about a variety of activities that they use to raise awareness about a variety of social issues.
They also talked about the concerns of female cyclists and sports fans. Sinha also sent Baisakhi greetings to the club members.
