Codleo's CSR Initiative to Empower Women in IT Sector

IT consulting service major, Codleo has launched a CSR initiative to facilitate women and youth with advanced IT and coding skills. The initiative would coordinate with the central government’s ‘Skill India’ mission and would aspire to strengthen and aid women in acquiring suitable employment opportunities in the new age IT sector for a sustainable career.
Commenting on the launch of the initiative, Rs Maan, Chief Revenue Officer, Codleo Consulting states, “The youth of India having completed their B. Tech stares at an uncertain future because of the present market dynamics and ends up joining BPOs and other industries out of desperation. Our initiative aims to hone up their skills in the latest technologies, which they can learn quickly with real-time project exposure during the course, rendering them skilled to join the workforce.”
Codleo Foundation is planning to invest close to Rs.30 Lakhs for the successful commencement of this initiative. Furthermore, the program offered under this initiative is designed with a unique approach. The company has collaborated with leading technology and IT companies to attract various placement opportunities for the student completing the course. Alongside, Codles is also partnering with educational institutions to educate the students on the latest technology trends for better market understanding.
Rs Maan further adds, “Vocational Education is the need of the hour as the industries are moving towards digital presence amid the ongoing pandemic. Witnessing the surge in demand for skilled talent in the market, Codleo Foundation takes a step further to provide specialized courses, and training to young women, mothers, and youth.”
Codleo Consulting in having a strategic Silver Partnership with Salesforce, a CRM based in the USA & Canada. This association is aided them in bringing new job opportunities to companies that are already using Salesforce for their business that include Fortune 100 companies that are looking for new talent to further magnify their operations. However, Salesforce is also intending to add about 5.48 lakh direct job in India.
To create gender parity, the company has launched the initiative would be focussing on women techies who left their careers to take care of the family or other personal reasons and are now interested to upgrade their skills and kick start their career. Additionally, the program would also assist B.Tech students and possessing percentages ranging between 40 -70 percent in their graduation which in turn would hinder their employment opportunities.
Codleo Consulting has an in-house team of 50+ young professionals specialized in coding, digital marketing, and Salesforce related roles. To help the students gain real-time industry exposure, they will be mentoring and educating them for their bright future ahead.
