The TiE Women's Pitchfest 2022 in Mysuru featured a wide range of concepts and startup goods and services. A platform for defending IT infrastructure from cyberattacks, a digital platform for providing mental health care, and kindling and fostering the desire to learn how to fly were among them.

For the competition, nine cities across India submitted a total of 44 applications, of which 21 were in the idea stage, 15 were in the pre-revenue stage, and 8 were in the growth stage. There were 17 Mysuru applicants.

The top nine teams from three categories presented their goods, services, and concepts to the jury's members, who included Dr. Ramasastry Ambarish, Chairman, Board of Governors, MYRA School of Business, Mysuru, and Janani Venkatraman, Chief Executive Officer, Biomoneta, Bengaluru.

In Mysuru, the winners were chosen on Saturday, October 15. Each category's winners earned a monetary award of $50,000.

Mindfully Sorted, a behavioural and mental health platform targeted at working adults, particularly women, won the Growth Stage category. It offers technologically advanced psychological solutions to help people live more fulfilling lives and realise their full potential.

The startup, which is one of the top 50 women-owned ventures, is fostered at IIM NSRCEL.

Breachpoint Pvt. Ltd. won the Pre-Revenue Stage category. An Indian site for bug bounties with an emphasis on cyber security is called Breachpoint. A bounty, or financial compensation, is given to an ethical hacker who discovers a genuine bug in a website or other IT asset under the notion of bug bounties. One of the first women in India to become an expert in cyber security is the founder, Shefali Cyclewala.

Magnetech Innovation Pvt. Ltd., a firm with experience in BLDC motors used in drones for surveillance applications, agricultural applications, motors for missile fin actuation, and motors for exoskeleton robots, won the Idea Stage category.

The TiE Mysuru Women's Pitchfest chair, Dr. Shrilakshmi, noted that this year's attendance was significantly higher and came from a larger geographic area, demonstrating that women are equally competitive with men in the startup market.

D. Sudhanva, President of TiE Mysuru, cited the presence of entrepreneurs as evidence that TiE's goal of creating a supportive and enabling environment for entrepreneurs is succeeding.
