Applications Opened for Indian Women's Fielding & Bowling Coach by BCCI

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has issued an application for candidates who are willing for the positions of bowling and fielding coaches for the Indian Women's team while the head coach position remains vacant.
Nooshin Al Khadeer, a former Indian spinner has served as the team's interim coach during their series against Bangladesh in the previous month but the Women's team still does not have a full-time coach.
Those individuals who will be selected for the required positions on the Indian women's team's support staff will work for two years and will report directly to the head coach, according to a release from the Indian Cricket Board. It is a compulsory requirement that the applicants should have represented the nation or any other country at the highest level of international cricket, if not then they should at least be NCA Level 'B' certified or hold a comparable certification from a reputable organization or institute, and they should have played in at least 30 top-tier matches. Lastly, they should carry experience in coaching an international team for a minimum of one season or a T20 franchise team for a minimum of 2 seasons.
The candidates should have a great knowledge of the sport and should be elite at playing or coaching. They should also have experience working on a multicultural team. Interested applicants can submit their forms by 10 August at 6 p.m.
The Board also wants to make these appointments before the Asian Games and home series against England so that the Indian women's team can have a full coaching staff till the World Cup 2025.
