Haier Appliances India has launched a campaign 'Perform Big Silently', highlighting the determination and efforts of Indian women achievers in their respective fields. Perform Big, Silently, a digital video series from Haier, offers an inside look at the lives of exceptional women leaders, achievers, CXOs, and business owners. The show also includes women who openly discuss their distinct viewpoints, motivational experiences, difficulties, and priceless insights gained over their narrative careers.

Haier Appliances India's marketing head, Priyanka Sethi, highlighted the campaign's focus on corporate women achievers as the architects of success, using grace, determination, and relentless ambition. The campaign, "Perform Big Silently," pays respect to the innumerable women who, frequently without receiving the credit they deserve, have made outstanding contributions in their fields. Like modern products, these women are an example of excellence delivered with composure and grace. She continues, "We are honoring these remarkable women and celebrating these inspiring stories in keeping with Haier's dedication to providing exceptional products. In preserving our Inspired Living brand ethos, this campaign showcases our dedication to excellence, creativity, and functionality.

Additionally, the campaign shows how the company aligns its principles and ideals with the genuine silent performers in India who are driven to "Perform Big, Silently" and have a strong desire to succeed. The video series places female achievers front and center, showcasing their ability to break through barriers and rise to prominence as thought leaders in their respective fields, industries, and sectors.

Haier has also introduced this series as the third under the broader campaign theme of "Silent Performers," which it first unveiled in 2019 with the help of sportswomen Dipa Karmakar, Hima Das, and Simranjit Kaur. In the second leg, which began in 2021, Haier honored notable female highfliers, including Indian mountain climber Arunima Sinha, Seema Rao, the country's first female commando trainer, Indian female chess grandmaster Harika Dronavalli, and female mountain Biker, Anissa Lamare.
