'India is the Capital of Women's Boxing' remarks Founder of IBA Kremlev

The IBA Women's World Boxing Championships 2023, which began on Wednesday is all set to be hosted again in India. It will be the third time when India is hosting such a prestigious tournament.
It will be organized in the Indira Gandhi Sports Complex in New Delhi. This tournament is going to be the largest boxing event ever, said the IBA President Kremlev.
This tournament will be hosted by the Boxing Federation of India (BFI). The prior two editions of the same tournament took place in 2006 and 2018 in New Delhi.
Kremlev addressed the press in presence of BFI President Ajay Singh, Rio Olympics champion Estelle Mossley, and Sara Haghighat-joo who is a reigning African champion from Sierra Leone. Kremlev stated about India witnessed a historical moment by organizing this biggest championship. He also mentioned India becoming the capital of women's boxing.
More than 300 boxers from 65 nations will take part in the upcoming 13th edition of the tournament for winning the title and a reward of INR 20 crore among 12 weight categories.
