25 years of extensive experience that spreads across multiple sectors, it took her less than 3 years from the time she started her career to realize what she is best at and she has never looked back. Beyond her services as a consultant, she is a Business Coach and often speaks in symposiums and conferences about building brands through content.

What is the unique proposition that Writers Exchange offers to its client base and how is it different from its competitors?

Content creation is what we do best and it emerges in its purest form. While we are very proud of being able to maintain the lowest or nil plagiarism in the market, we delve on the exact need of our clients and then produce content that can mirror their business objectives or individual spark, as we work not only with businesses, but also with individuals, who seek personal branding. The ability to research and customize content, by far, has been the most important parameter that has set us apart in the industry. If you ask me for my personal opinion, I believe we do not have competitors within the spectrum of services that we have to offer.

What drives you today as an entrepreneur and industry leader? What is your success mantra?

The magnitude of opportunities that are available in the market which constantly evolves by the day, to me, is the most important driving force. Being able to address the pain area of my client, keeps me moving forward. The consistent need to understand, relate and ideate a scalable and pragmatic content solution that helps my clients win over their target audience is the second driving force. The fact that you are making a difference in someone’s life and are helping them achieve their business goals, is a very satisfying. My mantra for success has always been rendering quality work. I believe a business needs to withhold its brand value and showcase its market presence with the quality it renders. And to me, that is the most important mantra.

Share some of the most significant milestones of your professional career.

Moving into the corporate ecosystem, has never been my gig. I always felt I was a corporate misfit. My career initiated as a faculty in a small computer institute just around the corner of my childhood home. From there, I have never looked back. I have tried my hand at event management, programming, career counselling and online support in a call center. Whilst my last stint as a helpdesk support engineer, I moved into training fellow call center executives.As years moved forward, I started a corporate training institution. Trained to become a certified ICF Coach and an NLP Practitioner. The idea of being able to use NLP, skills acquired in ICF, Neuro Science and Psychology in training and evolving businesses caught my fascination. I realized there was a burning need to customize my content for sessions. Thus started my journey into the world on content creation 22 years ago and I have never looked back. The most important skill set that I can offer to my clients is “Content Strategy”. Strategizing content and using that as a modem to help businesses and individuals achieve their objectives has been the most important milestone ever.

We established ourselves to introduce quality content to readers. In today’s day and age, with online presence and branding playing an important role in the end users mind, where credibility of the brand depends on what is written for them, or, about them, we hope to turn tables around by showcasing what good content can do for a brand and / or an individual. By 2024, we wish to enter educational institutions with Content Development as a curriculum. We are looking out to empanel another 2000 of the best writers in the global market. If I need to put it across in one line, we are aiming at creating a brand that says, “If you do not work with us, you are not working with the best!”

Being an entrepreneur, how do you maintain the balance between your personal and professional life?

I do not understand the need for work life balance. It has never been a hinderance and I don’t believe it will be any time in the future either.

What would your advice be for fellow entrepreneurs or others in this industry?

Someone I respect a lot, told me, “Step out of you comfort zone, think big and do everything in your control to get there. Even if you fail, you at the least, know you tried.” To this, I would add, embrace your fears, accept you won’t always make the right decision and move on.
