Future Edu offers an exclusive program for High School students, Your Mentor @School which is an exclusive program offered by Future Edu, which is a perfect blend of career awareness and career readiness. It helps students by developing life skills in them, as well as preparing them for professional and personal success by choosing the right career. Keeping in mind the unique potential of every child, Future Edu has created special short-term camps and study abroad preparatory programs to identify the best in every child.

As a business leader, I feel dedicated to bringing change in the sector in a sustained manner and demonstrating genuine interest. While working I have realized relationship management, sharing knowledge, and proactive support in skill-building activities are the key factors to staying at par in this sector.

Tell Us About Your Educational Journey And Prior Industry Experience. What Motivated You To Venture Into The Field Of Skill Development, Education, And Coaching?

My interest in education developed during my schooling days, as most of the teachers were passionate about their roles and the subject they taught. Due to my father’s sudden decision to settle down in the south, my educational journey got disrupted and without proper career guidance I ended up graduating in commerce. Later on, I realized that career guidance at the school level is so important for choosing the right career path. It was during my first job as a counselor that I was amazed to see parents and students trusting me fully to guide them on their future career paths. This gave me clarity about pursuing my career in the education sector, as this field excites me to contribute more to learning and adding value.

What Was The Underlying Idea Which Led To The Foundation Of Future Edu? What Are The Unique Services That The Institution Offers To Students?

Future Edu is the brainchild of Founder and CEO, Dr. Arthi Gerald with whom I have worked for fifteen years. While promoting entrepreneurship at colleges, we realized students regretted choosing the wrong streams merely under pressure from peers or parents, so they ended up following the herd mentality. Arthi reached out to me for initial support for Future Edu, but later offered the Co-Founder role and together we started facilitating the Your Mentor @ School program as well as career camps in tier 1 and tier 2 cities.

With the help of expert mentors, we use relevant global frameworks to analyze students' interests and help them to make the right career choices. We also provide a teacher leadership program, student leadership programs, and guidance for master’s and doctoral programs in the best universities across the globe.

How Are You Managing The Role Of Cofounder And The Challenges Related To It? What Have Been The Most Significant Milestones You Have Achieved So Far And What Has Been The Driving Force Behind Your Success?

As Cofounder I facilitate the workshops for programs while taking personal sessions with students who enroll in the mentoring program for a career path or towards preparing for study abroad. The initial challenge was to convince parents about the importance of career guidance for students to make them aware of their career paths.

My first job as a counsellor just after my graduation was the first milestone I have achieved, my other milestones include managing national events, leading teams remotely, becoming an entrepreneur, and lastly receiving recognition for all my efforts. This drives me to contribute more in this field.

What Advice Would You Like To Give To Young Women And Girls Who Are Aspiring To Be Business Leaders In The Future?

I would like to advise the aspiring women entrepreneurs to stay true to their words you will deliver as value, have faith in your abilities, choose team members wisely, dream big and see challenges as opportunities, always celebrate your success and lastly, do not take stress and take time to relax.
