As the CEO & Co-founder of HireInfinity Consulting, the active role of Suchetha Haldipur, who is a highly driven, motivated, and a passionate leader, has elevated the standards & performance of the firm in the recent years.
In an exclusive interaction with the Women Entrepreneur magazine, Suchetha spoke about her professional journey & the multiple facets of her position as the CEO & Co-founder of HireInfinity Consulting.
What is the factor that drives you to be a leader?
I believe leaders must remain humble and open to the idea that we may make mistakes and have to learn as we evolve and grow, whether in business, entrepreneurship, or life. As we progress along our respective paths, we tend to accumulate experiences & knowledge that aid in the formation of a perspective and the evolution of our understanding of a subject or functional area. However, it is critical to recognize that our learning never stops and that we can never claim to be complete experts on any subject. The satisfaction from the work I do in helping people to rise in their careers and the impact I can have on their lives gives me the motivation and drive to do what I do.
How is your education qualification supporting in driving this firm?
As my parents placed a lot of emphasis on education, they were very keen that I study in a reputed educational institute in Bangalore, & hence I did my entire schooling at Baldwin Girls’ High School. Subsequently, as I had a flair for Accounting and Finance, I completed my double post-graduation in the same subjects. Once I started my firm, HireInfinity Consulting, I did an HRfocused program from XLRI, Jamshedpur which gave me a good all-around understanding of the dynamics and complexities of managing people. I have worked for about 10 years in various companies mostly in the Finance, Accounting, Equities and Risk Management domains.

What is the motivating factor behind the establishment of the HireInfinity Consulting?
I hail from a business family and my parents had established their firm that became a leader in the International Freight Forwarding industry. As a result, I had been exposed to the dynamics of setting up & growing businesses from an early age. When I began my professional career, I decided to work for a few years in the corporate world to gain some experience. However, I gradually realized that my interests & passion lay more with building teams & adding value to the organization by working with people, rather than spending time crunching numbers & pouring over spreadsheets. This realization made me introspect on what I wanted to do with my career & achieve in life & eventually led me on to an entrepreneurial path, which was kicked off along with my long-time friend Rajalaxmi Aravind, who had a similar thought process and both of us decided to set up a firm that focused on human resources & thus HireInfinity Consulting was established in the year 2019.
How is HireInfinity different from others in the market?
HireInfinity Consulting was set up during the pandemic, and we believe that going through tough times has helped shape and establish a unique culture of ‘never say die’ and a resilient attitude and approach towards the challenges that entrepreneurship entails. This culture & thought process has helped create a unique DNA and a robust frame of mind in all of us, that will hold us in good stead going forward in our growth & expansion plans for the company. We also have consciously adopted certain principles & value systems that we think makes our firm different from the others in the industry. We have set up specific policies oriented towards helping and supporting women, especially those on a career break & from certain minority groups. Apart from recruitment, we also do customized L&D and Wellness programs after understanding the needs of the client, which helps improve employee engagement and in achieving their strategic goals.
What are the various roles & responsibilities you shoulder as the CEO & Co-founder of HireInfinity Consulting?
As the CEO of HireInfinity Consulting, I manage Strategy & Organizational growth. I lead the planning and execution of initiatives related to entering new markets in India & abroad. My current focus areas revolve around putting the foundation and processes in place that will help the company make a bigger impact in the HR industry and on peoples’ lives. My business partner, Rajalaxmi Aravind, & I are now looking at various growth initiatives such as customized Learning & Development & Wellness programs for our clients, who are in the nascent and established stage & help groom them for leadership and impactful roles. We are also working towards building HireInfinity Consulting as a strong brand that focuses on the needs of both the employee & the employer.
