This expansion wasn't merely geographical; it encompassed the establishment of a local fabrication company and the inauguration of a showroom, providing clients firsthand experiences with our technologies.
Despite encountering resistance and skepticism, I remained resolute in my vision, rallying the team around a shared objective. Through effective communication, coaching, and empowerment, I cultivated a culture of accountability and innovation within the division.
