Tell us about the inception story of HR solutions and what motivated you to establish the firm?

HR Solutions as an idea Germinated when I relocated to Vadodara in 1998, post my Professional career in banking in Mumbai in 1996 …..

Vadodara being a Tier II City did not offer the same Opportunities as a Metro does, that’s when it struck me that like me there would be several professionals who need assistance in honing their Careers and similarly organisations need help in attracting great talent.

Time was Ripe to assist Corporates in Gujarat with Professional HR Services

I began my journey at a young age of 25 … as a professional who wanted to create mark, solve a problem and impact lives of all... the Corporates, the Job seekers and the team that I nurtured

This was the Beginning of a Beautiful Journey of Setting up HR Solutions.

While Building a company motivated me in the beginning... soon I realized that an excellent Team would be critical to carryon the journey and that walking alone was no fun

I soon recognized the talent of women as my team members and aspired to create an all-woman team … which was successfully created within 2 years of setting up the company itself.

In no time the driving force was my team of super women... who dreamed the same Dream as me... being Financial Independent, Serving Clients and walk the tight rope of mangaging our families and our careers

HR Solutions is the Culmination of the Dream and hard work of my team and Myself and we have witnessed several Ups and Downs in our Journey , with the Economy slowdown in 2010 , and several life events of my team and myself like Marriages and child births , Family crisis and deaths

The team stuck to its ideals and continued to work and steam the engine of HR Solutions

Our client Relationships range from a min of 5 years to those spanning more than a decade

Which validates that we stand by our clients through good times and bad, similarly quite often team members are heartily welcomed back... in case they choose to take a break

Our family of women consultants goes back 15 years and the average experience of every team member is currently stands at 5 years

The Belief in the Service we provide has kept all of us motivated

Our Future goal is nurture more careers, Continue to Impact lives of Business owners and Job seekers, we are currently experimenting with the Virtual work from home model

We have recently launched Virtual HR Services for SME/ MSME, where in HR Services are offered virtually to companies which do not have an inhouse HR Dept. … they can draw upon the experience and continue to Grow

We have also provided Virtual Employee engagement and Training Services , where in Employees of our clients will receive Training and Fun engagements once a month on a subscription model

What is your opinion on the evolution of women entrepreneurship and how do you inspire other aspiring women entrepreneurs?

Women have immense potential to excel in various fields but unfortunately, they get burdened by the various responsibilities which lead them to lose sight of their own passion. What I want to say to women is that follow your passion and have the determination to achieve your dreams.

It’s not about the money; but about realizing your goals and ambitions .Over the years several women have been coached and motivated by me, to start their own Businesses.

My Team is also encouraged and empowered to treat the company as their own and be vested in its growth and Future plans.

Our team also intends to offer coaching to young girls in the art of Recruitment, paying it forward and building skills in the superwomen of tomorrow.
