What are the important features of your expertise as an HR leader? Tell us about your educational background and professional journey.

Innovation and the capacity to spearhead solutions in original ways are some of my strengths as an HR leader. Apart from this, I am good at making quick judgments in times of emergency and I strive to create significant changes that create an atmosphere where each employee is extremely engaged and motivated. Better at managing, assisting, and leading my team as an HR professional, I work continuously to broaden and deepen my understanding of human resources. As a key partner, I think strategically by fusing a strong HR function with in-depth familiarity with the organization's primary business challenges and goals.

I worked in human resources for four years and had expertise in recruitment, interviewing, employee orientation and training, and payroll. I must say that the four years I've spent in the sector have convinced me that HR is the perfect field for me because I not only enjoyed my job, but I also produced some good outcomes for my former employer. I understood that Great companies are made of great people. And whether you get such people onboard, and manage to keep them in the company, depends primarily on HR. And, despite starting at the bottom, as an HRBP, I believe I have a good chance of climbing a ladder and eventually developing a multi-million dollar firm one day.

As a result, working as a Human Resources consultant seemed like a great option.

What was the underlying idea behind the foundation of the firm, and what makes it unique?

What are the challenges do you face in your current role? What has been the driving force behind success in your profession?

The most challenging aspect is creating the culture of development, and it is tough to foster it further. The next challenge is to apply and develop functional knowledge. It is also a difficult task to make our business partners realise the power of empathy.

"Empowering women should not stop at one level, but rather be continued by those who succeed so that more women can benefit"

I wanted successful women to share their experiences with other women for these other women to achieve and advance, as well as to help other women become more successful. What is more important is to create in society the support from (successful) women to other women who have friends who can help each other in good times and bad times. “We are confronting challenges after challenges, and there may be no one to help. That is why successful female entrepreneurs must serve as role models for other female entrepreneurs. The same thought became a driving force in my life and Profession.

As a successful business leader, what advice would you like to give to young girls and women who aspire to be future leaders in this field?

With the need for change on many levels of our society including business, politics, etc., now is the best time for women to influence and lead businesses. Know you have something to offer (An Skill or An Idea) that is unique and important. Know that you are not alone, but also that you as an individual stand on your own very valid merits.

Business leaders of all genders should prioritise their job and relationships since these are what really matter. Recognize your inexperience, and don't be afraid to seek out the advice of others who are knowledgeable. Do not let conflicting opinions of people muddle your perspective, work according to your plan. Be purpose driven and trust in your own abilities.

Last but not the least, Be strong, work hard, and never give up. Remember Our Future, Our Choice, Our Fight.
