It is my responsibility as Principal of Bhatnagar International School to ensure that our school can continue to catalyze growth in its students. Making them 'future ready' academically and providing them the tools they need to become leaders in a meaningful and value-based society, through the experiences they have had is the topmost priority.

At Bhatnagar International School, each student is encouraged to discover and hone his strengths while also expanding their horizons intellectually, artistically, and professionally. The school's mission is to instill in its students a set of values that includes respect for others, diligence, and compassion.

Bhatnagar International School has distinguished itself as a place where students may learn to act by their values. Furthermore, educational institutions provide ideal environments in which to plant the seeds of mindfulness. In our school, students are provided with these lessons. The confidence they get from this helps them succeed academically and in the real world. Our ultimate goal is to help young people discover and develop their innate abilities.

Curriculums and processes are evaluated often to guarantee the most up-to-date best practices are followed to enable positive transformation in students, offer them experiential learning, and equip them for the future with academic knowledge to stand up to these problems. In your opinion what are some of the most significant milestones that you have achieved throughout your professional journey? What has been the driving force behind your success as a professional?

As the head of a school, it is my goal to foster students' capacity for critical thought and to provide an environment in which each individual's potential may flourish. The initiatives have been greatly appreciated for the vitality with which they have supported young people.

As a bonus, the school strives to develop the children's intellectual, emotional, and physical capacities. Furthermore, students have many opportunities to develop their full potential in all aspects of life while at school. We base our teaching and parenting decisions on the knowledge that our students will need to succeed on standardized tests. Here at our academy of excellence, we know from experience that real-world lessons can't be learned in a textbook. Facilitating their discovery is the only option. Our students are well aware of this reality, yet they are nonetheless fascinated by the & cutting edge& when faced with difficult situations. The trend now is to adapt teaching methods to online platforms. It's time for schools to make teaching a priority. It gives us great satisfaction to grab the bull by the horns and meet the challenge of making sure our students' education is continuous.

Drawing from your experience as a business leader, what would your advice be to young women and girls who also aspire to become business leaders and entrepreneurs in the future?

A value-based education in harmony with current teaching and learning technologies is my top advice to young women since it empowers them to face life's problems and conventional responsibilities.

Such a progressive methodology would create a well-informed and emotionally healthy generation. Future entrepreneurs must think, speak, and show their abilities with confidence. They should reassess their priorities, establish specific objectives, and make definite strategies. Primary goals would help people live meaningfully. They should see their aspirations come true, and such a Herculean endeavor demands expertise, effort, and honesty. The global revolution changed people's lives drastically, and international thinking is needed to survive in the market. Women help a country thrive and develop; they are vital for a nation's progress.
