I would like to emphasize two great value additions to the experience, the first important thing is to make informed decisions at the right time and not be diffident towards tough decisions . I must say that my high school is a game-changer in terms of developing different skills like communication speaking out and exploring nature. I began my career at Dell over two decades ago and have worked in a variety of industries, including IT, ITeS, Semiconductor, BFSI, and, more recently, HR Advisor roles in the F&B and Infrastructure sectors.

It wasn't easy getting from Technical Support Engineer to a General Manager, though the transition was challenging yet it helped me a lot to grow. I am honoured to have been named in World HRM Congress's Top Hundred HR Professional Leaders in Asia seven years ago. I was also privileged to be bestowed with an Inspirational Global Women 2020 award in Chennai, which was presented by a collection of media partners including Radiocity, Hindu Group, and others.
