Witnessing This Societal Issue Firsthand Motivated Me To Take Action, And In 2009, I Embarked On A Journey To Combat Unemployment By Establishing A Small Proprietary Company. Three Years Later, The Company Transformed Into A Private Limited Entity. This Was Especially Challenging For Me, Considering That Even Within My Own Family, Working Outside The Home Was Frowned Upon. Nonetheless, I Persevered. We Began Offering Skilling Services In 2012, And Over The Years, We Onboard Major Players Such As Hcl And Mphasis. In The Pharma Sector, We Have Trained And Placed Candidates At Top Companies Like Workhardt Bkc Mumbai. When Women Initially Speak Out, They Are Often Dismissed Or Ignored. Similarly, When I Introduced The Concept Of A Water Atm In 2009-2010, Many Banks And Investors Rejected It. However, I Persisted, And Today, The Idea Has Become Widely Accepted. When We First Began Offering Skilling Services, People Often Questioned The Need For It, Arguing That Their Children Had Already Graduated From Reputable Universities Or Colleges. Moreover, Financial Assistance Was Difficult To Come By. Despite These Challenges, I Invested My Own Savings And Persevered, Refusing To Give Up. I Firmly Believe That Patience Is Essential When Pursuing One's Goals. Half-Hearted Efforts Are Simply Not Enough. If You're Going To Do Something, Commit To It Wholeheartedly And Strive For A 100 Percent Result.
