What business lessons from your prior industry experience have empowered you as a business leader today?

The gap between industry requirements and what students learn in classrooms has been a challenge. Lack of industry skill sets, limited resources, changing requirements, and time constraints in colleges and universities can result in a mismatch between skills and workplace needs. To address this, we have created a model where education institutions, industry, and technology collaborate to provide hands-on experience in our experience centers. We emphasize adaptability to change, strategic thinking, continuous learning, and hands-on experience. By working with industry professionals, students can gain insights, access resources, and expand their network, helping them achieve greater success in their careers. I have empowered myself as a business leader today because of my ideal Mom-Dad, supportive Husband, in-laws, and friends. My strength and backbone are always my family and friends.

Please provide an overview of Dysmech Clinical Services and your responsibilities as its Director.
