Employees form the very bedrock of any organization. However, it is their skills and mental faculties that act as the key to a company's success. In order to boost resource utilization and employee efficiency, a vast number of corporates and public sector organizations rely on extensive trainings. As a consequence, corporate trainers offer wonderful opportunities for employees to enhance their knowledge base and efficiency. Give Us An Overview Of Impossible India. What motivated You To Establish An Organization That Offers holistic Solutions To Myriad Problems Faced By Individuals And Organizations?
iMpossible India is a one-stop destination for individual and organizational stress management. It is a one-of-a-kind company run by a highly qualified and devoted personnel of counsellors, therapists, corporate trainers, coaches, industry experts, and consultants. We offer comprehensive approaches to a myriad of obstacles that individuals and organisations face, assisting them in achieving their goals. Our objective is to make life stress-free.
During my freelancing days as a coach and trainer, I witnessed a tremendous amount of stress in working professionals trying to achieve their dreams and goals, particularly in corporates, which annihilates their mental & physical health and, more importantly, affects their personal and professional relationships, and, surprisingly, no one in India takes mental health seriously. To raise people's awareness of their mental health and to remove the societal stigma associated with mental illness, I started my own organization.
Take us through your early educational journey and prior industry experience that you bring to the table. What are some important features about your expertise as an entrepreneur and professional trainer?
I completed my Masters in Biotechnology from Amity University. I hold certificates in Leadership & Change Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, Entrepreneurship (WSP) from IIM Bangalore, Behavioral Science & Interpersonal Skills (Psychology), Neuro Linguistic Programming from NLP Coaching Academy, and Self Healing & Distance Healing Immersion under M.V.P, English & Business Communications skills from Amity University. I am a Certified Master Trainer from the Indian Academy of Training and Development. I am also a professional Kathak dancer and a fine arts artist. Regarding my prior industry experience, I worked with an educational startup, Edu Assessment, then founded my own company, iMpossible India, in which I lead as a director.
My major areas of expertise include being a passionate counsellor, an experienced trainer, a confident educator, a motivational speaker, and a life skills coach. I have 12 years of training and counselling experience, and I have successfully trained and counselled over 800 clients which include 1000s of people in transformative learning. I have extensive experience in a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, education, and hospitality. I like interacting with others; my upbeat demeanour, positive attitude, and willingness to help to such an extent that it makes a significant impact in society have made me a sought-after coach and trainer.
Throw some light on the different services that impossible provides to clients? What are some of the most challenging aspects of your role as the founder? How do you overcome them?
The services iMpossible provides to clients are: counselling, therapy (mental and emotional well-being), coaching (corporate and individual), training (soft skills, behavioural, technical), consulting (management, operations, HR, digital), patient healing (neuro, cardio, onco), and iMpossible India's Happy Ahoy Community Events. I have conducted extensive studies on human behaviour, human response, and human reaction to changing circumstances (change management). I've coached and trained professionals and business teams based on their personality types.
“We offer comprehensive approaches to the myriad obstacles that individuals and organisations face, assisting them in achieving their goals”
One of the major challenges I face is in terms of maintaining harmony between youngsters and seniors, bridging the gap between differing ideologies and personalities so they can work as a synchronized team. The key to overcoming this obstacle is emotional intelligence and listening skills, as well as capitalizing on their expertise and realistically utilizing it in my organization.
Throw some light on the kind of real life change/transformation that your coaching and guidance brings about within client organizations. What are some unique features of your coaching that helps to ensure complete well-being of an individual?
I concentrate on mind training to effect the desired shift or transformation. Every human being needs Regular training in order to perform at their best. I first prepare the client to comprehend the importance of the training and how the client would benefit from it, build a connect with their real life situations, problems and solutions and then the training starts. People generally see it as a burden or an HR chore, but after attending my workshop they provide feedback for similar training to be repeated.
Our USP is combining psychology with training sessions. Post training, we also provide distinct coaching sessions for people who are introverted and find it difficult to share their concerns in front of others. Another USP of ours is that, rather than treating the symptoms, we focus on the underlying cause of the problem or behaviour in order to prevent it from recurring in the future. We foster self-sufficiency in our trainees.
As a successful business leader what would your advice be to young women and girls aspiring to become business leaders and entrepreneurs in the future?
The advice I would provide to young women is to get experience working at a startup to learn about goal accomplishment, client communication, relationship development, and other business-related challenges. Before launching a startup, an entrepreneur should gain overall experience.
