Group Chief Human Resource Officer, Dynamix
Mumbai, the City of Dreams, has an unquenchable penchant for real estate. The city is beautiful and a lot of it is owed to its real estate scene. After the brief pandemic slump, the city’s real estate market has bounced back in leaps and bounds enabling the industry to thrive, just as before. Anyone who has been in the city will vouch for the many aesthetic and exceptional residential and commercial properties that have forever changed the idea of a concrete jungle. This jungle, as one may very well point out, is breathing with architecture that demands more than just a cursory glance.
Presenting, the Dynamix Group, one of the foremost conglomerates in India, renowned for its well-designed residential and commercial properties in Mumbai and Goa. What Are The Various Roles And Responsibilities That You Shoulder At Dynamix Group?
Dynamix Group has an excellent workforce with an average tenure of 10 years across the organisation. The pedigree of the organisation is well built and sustained through the years.I have been trusted with this responsibility of driving complete innovation and modernization. The legacy that we carry and the set of people that we have within the organization are exceptional. Now, my responsibility is more in terms of how I really develop them to adapt to this new modernization that we are going through. Digitization is the major thing that we have as a challenge.
"Never stop learning & Exploring your own Talents. Once you have Identified your interests, Make best efforts to Enhance and develop Your skills"
We have taken this big initiative to start across the organization where we digitize not only in terms of the HR but the entire company. So currently, effortsare underway where we are aiming to achieve this evolution in as seamless a manner possible. I am putting special focus on the fact that this adoption is as seamless as possible and everyone stays in sync while this gets done.
What Are Some Of The Key Business Strategies And Tools That You Leverage To Ensure Organizational Success?
Diversity and inclusion are very important and relevant to us. Diversity, not only in terms of gender or in terms of physical ability but thoughts andideas, but it is only when diversity of thought begins that you can start including people into the system from all backgrounds. Also, I have to say that my most critical driving forces have been my positive determination and complete commitment towards achieving. When it comes to achieving my goals, I am known to be highly persistent and driven and when both of those are applied, I focus on what has to be done and keep going until the outcomes are what I desire.
What Would Your Advice Be To Young Women And Girls Who Also Aspire To Become Business Leaders And Entrepreneurs In The Future?
Never stop learning and exploring your own talents. Once you have identified your interests, make best efforts to enhance and develop your skills. Let your passion drive you. There is no shortcut to hard work because only once you have rolled up your sleeves and soiled your hands in the dirt, will you be able to think creatively and find innovative solutions to smart work. Never be afraid to accept your mistakes and always be confident and humble to correct and learn from them. You have to always believe in yourself for the world to acknowledge your strengths. Be aware and agile, keep upgrading your skills and knowledge. Remember a plant never stops growing even after becoming a tree. Be open to sharing knowledge and transfer your learnings to those on the growth path. Help and motivate others. Sometimes just sharing can also be inspiring.
