Subsequently, I pursued a postgraduate degree in Business Administration & Management.

A pivotal juncture in my academic trajectory occurred during my enrollment at the Indian School of Business (ISB), where I immersed myself in the study of Digital Transformation. It was this realization that harmonized my passion for technology with the dynamic landscape of aviation. My dedication to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest trends in the aviation industry led me to pursue additional certifications from the Airports Council International (ACI) and the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), focusing on mastering digital transformation within aviation.

My experience at Etihad deepened my understanding of international operations, offering valuable insights into the core functions of an international airline and airport.

A transformative phase unfolded during my tenure at Vistara, where I played a key role in the IT-Digital Centre of Excellence (DCoE) and spearheaded innovation initiatives. Collaborating on projects at the Tata Group level and engaging with Singapore Airlines' innovation endeavors exposed me to the strategic impact of digital transformations in a complex industry.
