Drawing From Your Experience As An Experienced Business Leader, What Would Your Advice Be To Young Women And Girls Who Also Aspire To Become Business Leaders And Entrepreneurs In The Future?
Women have been taking the lead whether it be politics, sports, academics, cinema, or entrepreneurship. I strongly believe that women make a great fit for entrepreneurship since they are natural leaders and very able multi-taskers.
The legacy of the business for the next generations is also very important for women to feel successful, as well as the social impact of their enterprises. This is one more reason why women generally make better social entrepreneurs and are more likely to start a social enterprise – it is not all just about the money.
Women have been achieving great feats everywhere, and the time is now. Take the plunge and never look back.
