What led you to Co-found Bluetree? What has been the idea behind the establishment?

My journey started with a deep-seated aspiration to create a business that goes beyond profit and extends to making a meaningful, positive social impact. It all began with my involvement in small assignments within the banking industry, yet I grappled with uncertainty about my long-term direction. It was during this pivotal period that fate brought me together with three experienced banking professionals who eventually became the co-founders of Bluetree. Our common zeal for creating something of significance bound us together.

As a cohesive team, we delved into understanding the challenges faced by Indian organizations in managing their external workforce. Our research unmistakably highlighted a crucial gap: India lacked a versatile technology platform that could effectively cater to the unique needs of each organization, considering their distinct characteristics.. Encouraged by this revelation, we, at Bluetree, collectively dedicated ourselves to developing an enterprise SaaS platform called BeeForce. At the core of our vision lay the idea of empowering our customers to effectively utilize technology platforms for the seamless optimization and management of their workforce, all with the overarching goal of effortlessly driving positive change.

As we embraced the role of a comprehensive platform solution provider for external workforce management, our initial focus zeroed in on India's blue-collar workforce management. In our assessment, we pinpointed three critical challenges consistently faced by organizations: the imperative for improved visibility, cost inefficiencies arising from manual controls, and the intricacies of managing statutory requirements. In response to these challenges, we took proactive measures by introducing a comprehensive solution through our enterprise SaaS platform BeeForce. BeeForce empowers organizations with real-time, location-independent visibility, fully automated billing to eradicate cost leakage, and proactive compliance management, and ensures the extension of social security benefits to blue-collar employees. By embracing this holistic approach, we not only amplified productivity and employability but also made substantial contributions to overall business growth and cost savings

What are some of the most critical challenges you encounter as a business leader in today’s times? How do you overcome them?

Change is an intrinsic part of life, and as humans, we often find it challenging to embrace. Whether it's our Bluetree employees or our customers, the initial hurdle is guiding them to realize the importance of change. At Bluetree, we address this challenge by immersing our team in demanding environments, granting them the autonomy to navigate evolving circumstances, and providing sensitive guidance that nurtures self-discovery. Our commitment to fostering the growth and development of every employee is at the heart of our approach. While implementing these strategies within our organization is relatively straightforward, persuading our clients to recognize the need for change presents a substantial challenge. We prioritize transparency by providing our customers with clear information regarding compliance, structural adjustments, and associated costs before introducing them to our state-of-the-art products. At our core, customer satisfaction takes precedence, and we wholeheartedly dedicate ourselves to achieving customer excellence.

How do you align yourself and your team with the evolving industry and technology trends?

Learning holds immense significance for us at Bluetree, and the name itself embodies our core values. Each letter in Bluetree represents a fundamental aspect of our culture: B for Belief, L for Learning, U for Understanding, E for Excellence, T for Teamwork, R for Respectful, E for Extra Mile, and E for Ebullience. Learning is a cornerstone of our principles, as we firmly believe that each day presents valuable opportunities for growth. We harness technology to identify and address the learning needs of our employees through our in-house-developed platform-based work monitoring solution. This solution effectively gauges their work efficiency and pinpoints areas where challenges may arise for each employee, guiding them toward necessary training.

What has been your success mantra?

We get what we perceive. Start thinking from solution mode rather problem mode. Every problem has multiple solutions; choose which one you feel is right. There is nothing called a wrong solution if a problem can be solved and of course its an experience gained.
