What advice would you like to give the women who are aspiring to foray to the field of human resource and also to the women who are aspiring to become a business leader?

The first and foremost advice that I want the entrepreneurs to keep in mind irrespective of their fields is that women are socially conditioned to depend on their male counterparts for their every existential need. They certainly need to rise above this misconception and be truly aware of their capabilities. In order to excel in work field or to perform with excellence to achieve their goals, they must break the shackles of the false assumptions and limitations in the way to their dreams. Any entrepreneur must pen down their ideas or plans in order to implement them in real. Before any legal and governmental procedure to launch a start-up in Saudi Arabia, one can easily register themselves online as a freelancer to find the breakthrough towards starting a business. Along with polishing their calibres, they need to educate themselves on how to commercialize their forte or idea and promote it. There is plethora of information available in any format such as books, podcasts, audiobooks and crash courses to learn about marketing. The women in business need to have clarity about how they are benefiting their community, country and humankind through their service. The ethical ground should come first before any other aspirations a woman entrepreneur has. Our mantra behind the initiative to bring life to every idea of ours is – “victims talk about problems, we dare to speak of possibilities”.
