What Inspired You To Start Your Professional Career In The Dental Industry? Also, Can You Talk More About Your Role At Teeth Care Centre?

I wanted to do something different to stand out from the crowd in the dental space. Eventually, while exploring more and more about it, I realized how little people know about cosmetics in dentistry. This is what motivated me to be a cosmetic dentist who can offer aesthetic treatments to the patients. When starting Teeth Care Centre, my primary motive was to provide our patients an exquisite and shining smile. Still, we are on this same path and this goal is what motivates me to move forward even while facing overwhelming challenges.

I am a clinical dentist and I have a huge team of dentists working under me. So, I do all types of treatment plans, pre-treatment evaluation, analysis and diagnosis. Apart from that, I co-ordinate with team for all the activities that we do in order to offer the best experience for our patients.

Initially, the biggest challenge that I faced was the ignorance of the common people about cosmetics in dentistry. Now, people are getting more aware about its advantages. Especially during the initial days, I used to educate patients on the consequences of something as simple as tooth removal. And over the years, more and more patients have started to acknowledge its importance. We are also doing awareness programs and initiatives on social media as well to make more people aware of the importance of cosmetics in dentistry.

If you want to be in the winning game you have to constantly learn and evolve with the changing times. And that is what I do, I always make sure that not only I learn constantly but I also remain updated with the latest trends in the industry. Regularly attending seminars, workshops, hands-on training sessions and conferences helps me to achieve this. I also have memberships of various organizations and societies which I can leverage to ensure my constant development.

In Your Professional Career, Which All Are The Milestones That Gave You Utmost Satisfaction?

When I look back at my decade long journey, at first, I thought I would concentrate on cosmetic dentistry and slowly I will progress. But, after starting Teeth Care Centre, I have been able to build a positive reputation and niche in the market within a short span of time. So, now I can say that I have achieved my dream as a cosmetic dentist.

When we started in 2013, my concept was the combination of ultra-modern dentistry with high level instruments and high-quality materials. In India, this concept is not widely found owing to the fact that we are very price conscious. My aspiration as a dentist is to bring awareness to the importance of dentistry and cosmetic dentistry to be specific. And every procedure we do are results-driven and we strive to ensure that each and every treatment can satisfy the needs of our patients. Over the years, we have been able to achieve the targets that we had set for ourselves and that is also something that gives me a great amount of satisfaction.

What Would Be Your Advice To The Upcoming Women Entrepreneurs?

My advice to the coming generation is to learn to balance both the personal as well as professional life. This will also help you to remain productive while at the same time being happy. Also, if you want to become a market leader, then you have to be two steps ahead of the market. So, make sure that you prioritize on keeping yourself updated with the latest happenings in the industry and in doing so, improving your foresight on the movements of the industry.
