Take us through your early educational journey and the prior industry experience that you bring to the table.

My father, an army personal, always dreamt of seeing myself and my two elder brothers as doctors as well as financially independent. My mother and my brothers always supported me and allowed me to pursue my  dream. I completed my MBBS from MLN Medical College Allahabad and DNB from Delhi. Soon after, I worked as a consultant for a few hospitals before becoming a private practitioner.

Introduce us to Anita Singh’s Clinic. What motivated you to establish Anita Singh’s Clinic?

To provide affordable and best services with the prime objective to have patient satisfaction and thus Dr. Anita Singh’s Clinic was started. Initially, I started following my vision and dream from a small setup at home but soon, I upgraded my facility due increase popularity leading to a high patient footfall and I relocated to a more accessible location. Then, to address geographical reach and demand from patients from other adjoining areas, I inaugurated a second clinic in neighboring Greater Noida West.

Tell us about the various responsibilities your shoulder at Anita Singh’s Clinic.

I serve as the Medical Director for the facility. My only aim is to provide the best consultation, best care, and easy access to all my patients. Once patients visit my clinic, they get an accurate diagnosis, excellent service, and satisfaction in terms of results.

What are some of the key strategies that you employ for driving growth at Anita Singh’s Clinic?

Being a Gynae doctor, many times patients, especially expecting mothers need emotional strengthening and I feel this should be our prime responsibility to have bestin- class service, Understand patients and their needs, their faith on the doctor is the strongest driving froce for Dr. Anita Singh’s clinic.

Describe the skills and experience of the medical practitioners presently working at your clinic.

My areas of expertise include infertility, prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum assistance. I treat patients with issues ranging from those associated with adolescence to those experienced by women approaching and going through menopause. Laparoscopic cases of fibroid uterus, Ectopic pregnancy, All varieties of gynecological laparoscopic cases like fibroid uterus, ovarian cyst, Ectopic pregnancy, endometriosis, TLH. Treatment of PCOS, PID, Breast, puberty and menopausal related problem are few of my expertise.It has always been teamwork to run any setup and I am having best quality health workers with me to take care of patient’s need. My staff usually know about taking care of patients'basic needs as we regularly sensitize them via trainingWe also have well-experienced staff to take care of pathology and pharmacy needs.

In your opinion what are some of the most significant milestones that you have achieved throughout your professional journey?

In terms of professional milestones, I should say, association with all nearby renowned hospitals as a visiting Senior Consultant, getting association with many medical fertilities, Received 'Topmost Health Care Leader Award for Uttar Pradesh' for my services in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecologist. I have been a faculty to many conferences , delivered on related topics of gynecology and on upcoming technologies related to IUI, IVF, and more.

Drawing from your experience as a business leader, what would your advice be to young women and girls who also aspire to become business leaders and entrepreneurs in the future?

Women are known to be multitaskers. So, dream big to achieve big. All women need family support. My husband and my family have always been my pillar of strength and his support throughout cannot my journey cannot be expressed in words. To all the women out there, they must stand up for what they have and look forward.
