In 2017, Dr. Amushree took over the Diviniti India brand and the company, and since then she has managed both brands.

Introduce us to Diviniti India. Tell us about the underlying idea behind the company and some of its most unique features.
Over 60 years ago, the concept of establishing a premi-um spiritual brand with roots in Indian heritage was created. A young artist's passion has grown and evolved into a successful business that has achieved several firsts in terms of innovation and originality. Over the last sixty years, the company's artists and artisans have produced several masterpieces that may be seen in the homes and churches of many famous people across the globe.
As a firm that employs only the most cutting-edge Swiss technology, Diviniti India has earned the prestigious ISO 9001:2008 certification and offers a lifetime guarantee on its gold plating. Our organization pro-vides products and services that cannot be replicated. Attempts by other businesses to replicate Diviniti products have often met with failure. Throw some light on the most critical challenges you face in your current role. What steps do you take to overcome the roadblocks that you face?
There is a possibility of brand erosion, which is one of the biggest obstacles I've had to face in my professional career so far since prior development has been stagnant. And the small players selling low-priced counterfeit imitation products, which sometimes hinder our sales development. However, the industry in which we operate is a heterogeneous market. Therefore, we are spending money to improve our brand's image and offer new items to the market, and we are also actively working to make these changes so that our business runs efficiently.
In your opinion what are some of the most significant milestones that you have achieved throughout your professional journey? What has been the driving force behind your success as a professional?
Accomplishing goals is an ongoing process. I have led Pujashoppe, the company I founded on the novel idea of organizing the hitherto unorganized business of puja in the country, to become a household name, and a symbol of national spiritual pride.
How has the role of the Head Strategy Officer evolved over the years? In your opinion what are some key mandates professionals must keep in mind to become successful Strategy Officers?
In an ever-changing global macroeconomic environment, strategy plays a very significant role for all kinds of businesses, no matter how big or how little they are. Not only is it vital for expanding a firm or anticipating sales, but it's also important for other business tasks like operations and procurements.
In addition, the assimilation of existing facts and the clarity of one's thinking to use this data to create a prism through which one may view the future are the most crucial components of the creation of a plan.
