What is the idea behind establishing HrCadre Consulting? Tell us about its unique features.

I have spent significant years in the corporate world which has enabled me to analyze people’s behavior and instilled in me a passion for building networks across industries. The whole idea behind establishing HrCadre was to be the bridge between organizations and candidates. Many a time, organizations fail to identify the right candidate at the right time. HrCadre solves that problem by helping companies to get the excellence on time. We have certified HR recruiters providing a one-stop solution for talent acquisition and other HR processes. We provide a pan India, permanent staffing, IT recruitment, non-IT recruitment, and executive search across industries.

Tell us about the various responsibilities you shoulder as the founder of HrCadre Consulting. What are your current focus areas in your present role?

My foremost responsibility is to lead the vision of the company and be able to drive my team toward it. I shoulder the responsibility of leading the business from the front, networking with various stakeholders, assessing the risk & opportunities, and building an effective business plan for the growth of the company. I guide my team to be updated with the market trends and help the clients by putting out the best HR solutions. Parallelly, as a team leader, I also focus on shaping the culture of my company. I involve in motivating & encouraging my teams for their hard work and reward them with incentives as appreciation.

What are some of the pressing challenges that you encounter and how do you mitigate them?

As an HR leader, the biggest challenge is to understand human psychology. With the rising competition in the market, it has become crucial to have strategic clarity, shared commitment, and delivery discipline to be a step ahead of the competitors. We as a team of HR experts & skilled professionals, with a clear business strategy, help our company in overcoming these challenges.

What are some of the most significant achievements of your professional journey? What has been the driving force behind your success?

During my years as an HR Manager in a Startup, I have played significant roles where I was able to reorganize the business. I have also given the company new & improved ideas that developed better approaches & procedures in its operations. Moreover, I have been able to start a business from the scratch and take up initiatives to create refined HR solutions. These events have been significant milestones of my journey. My confidence, my leadership quality, my people skills, and my way of maintaining work-life balance are my driving forces.

What would your advice be to young women and girls who also aspire to become business leaders and entrepreneurs in the future?

I would advise them to start their journey by embracing the challenges. You must have the courage to make way for new ideas. And remember it takes time for great things to happen. So, work with patience and have confidence in yourself and your business.
