Bissy Boss
Director, Osaka Group of Companies
Due to socio-cultural barriers, inflexible societal standards, and expectations that prioritise family above profession, women in India continue to be limited in their positions. Many women have chosen to stay at home with their children during their formative years and then return to work when they reached a particular age. Bissy Boss, the Director of the Osaka Group of Companies, is one such example.
Bissy had always wanted to be a teacher, but she tur with her children until they finished school. She gradually transitioned into active business mode, having completed ICEF, British Council, and QEAC training courses in prior years. Throughout her professional journey at Osaka Educare, Bissy learned that in order to produce quality students, education in a global society must give worldwide education facilities. Bissy completed her Bachelor of Zoology in 1994 and a Bachelor of Education in 1996.
Give us a brief overview of Osaka Educare.
We are assisting Indian students in gaining global opportunities, global integration, and worldwide quality for the benefit of the next generation of Indian students through global education civilization. High fees and living costs are major challenges for students willing to study overseas, as only a few families and individuals can afford them. The majority of middle-class families may be unable to afford such exorbitant prices. In such situations, Osaka Educare is constantly focused on providing a worldwide standard education at a very low cost, emphasizing the student's ambition and strength. We will recommend appropriate courses to concerned students based on their interests and skills, and they will be able to evaluate their efficiency on a global scale. Thousands of Indian students are guided by us to pursue higher education in countries such as the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States, Bosnia, and Germany.

“The success and secret of osaka educare are based on three mantras: outstanding student relationships, providing quality service, and restructuring as well as redesigning based on changes in global education and updating it for Indian students”
In your opinion what has been the driving force behind your successful stint as a business leader? Tell us about some of the key leadership mantras or philosophies that you follow.
The success and secret of Osaka Educare are based on three mantras: outstanding student relationships, providing quality service, and restructuring as well as redesigning based on changes in global education and updating it for Indian students. With a population of 128 million people, India is the world's second most populated country, with 89 million individuals under the age of 34. By 2025, India will have surpassed China as the world's most populated country. The number of young people under 35 will reach 89 crores in such a situation, a country's strength is measured by its population. The population determines a country's intelligence, which must be channelled for the country's betterment and prosperity. And I believe that by expanding global education and technology civilizations, India can create a difference in the field of education.
In a world that is constantly changing, how do you keep yourself well aligned with the periodic evolutions occurring in your respective industry and the technology domain?
I keep myself up to date by being a keen observer and forming a network to track educational system changes. We constantly take note of that information and present it to Indian students.
As successful business leaders, what would your advice be to young women aspiring to become business leaders and entrepreneurs in the future?
My advice is that we should strive to alleviate society's hardship. After you've decided on a goal, make a detailed plan to achieve it. Put forth your best efforts to conquer the challenges in your entrepreneurship journey, and your consistent plus ethical efforts will undoubtedly aid you in achieving your objectives.
