Give us a brief overview of RGB Training Ser-vices. Tell us about your expertise as a behavioral coach.

RGB Training Services, formerly RGB Training Center, offers customized Corporate Training Programs, Behavioral Training Programs, and Leadership Training Programs for a variety of enterprises, as well as programs tailored specifically for start-ups. RGB Training Services is organized into four sections. The first is English Communication Courses, followed by Corporate Training Services, Campus to Corporate, and the Immigration Vertical, also known as RGB Study Abroad and Immigration.

As a behavioral coach, I assist candidates in strengthening their emotional and mental fortitude so that they can deal with each stage of their career transition. Acclimating to new situations and people is one of them. I train on adaptability, tolerance, getting to know one another, presenting oneself courageously, and improving interpersonal skills. I also emphasize the need of strengthening one's capacity to accept and correct mistakes.

Take us through your early education-al journey and prior industry experience that you bring to the table. What motivated you to specialize in bringing about transformations within the lives of individuals, leaders and corporates?

I started working immediately after finishing high school. As I began I envisioned interacting with people, aiding them in learning and eliminating learning barriers. That’s how RGB Training Center made its debut. Following that, I completed my degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda in Vadodara, where I am now a qualified trainer to assist people with their learning challenges in academic, professional, and industrial domains.

I was ready to begin my master's degree when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, which had moved to the terminal stage. It was a huge impediment, but dealing with the flaws is a greater challenge. I had a magnificent mane of hair, which every woman wishes for, but I lost it during chemotherapy. That was challenging for me. But it was also a learning experience in terms of accepting myself. I learnt to embrace adversity in my life, and it also offered a stronger push for me to build patience and confidence in the real world.

“Assist candidates in strengthening their emotional and mental fortitude so that they can deal with each stage of their career transition.”

All of my life experiences, as well as specific requirements from my clients in the meantime, drove me to become a behavioral coach.

Throw some light on your various areas of expertise as a behavioral coach for corporates.

When it comes to my expertise as a behavioral coach, the first is communication. Communication cannot be limited to a single language. Communication can take place in various languages. So far, I have instructed individuals in four languages: English, Gujarati, Hindi, and Marathi. I propose merging languages since we are all Indians and language is important to us. The second category is English communication, for which we have a whole vertical devoted. We educate not only academic students but also professionals who wish to improve their English abilities for a variety of international competitive tests such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE and OET. The other area of competence is in behavior, where we create training programs for unique training needs, depending on the skill sets to be developed in order to achieve future organizational goals and individual growth for each individual.

Instead of using sophisticated methods, we use simple tools. During our training sessions, we discuss scenarios, have interactive activities and solve questionnaires and draw learnings from each other's experiences.

What are the various aspects of one’s professional life that you can help them transform? What is your end goal while working with clients and how do you achieve the same?

My aim while working with clients is to assist them to gain self-awareness, which helps us to reach a more rapid and predictable outcome in terms of behavioral change. It is a practice that cultivates a wide range of exceptional qualities targeted at leadership, invention, creativity, taking the initiative to bring change, and setting an example for others.

“The ultimate goal is for the women to never stop learning. Face whatever comes your way and keep setting goals”

My end goal is to bring about a transition in which people want their employees to take initiative and become leaders. So, if you want to bring about a change, the first step is to assist people comprehend what the changes are. Then, if they have to bring about the change, why are they alone responsible for bringing about the change? And, if they accept responsibility, what do they have to win? They have to achieve self awarness as a result of being the change on both personal and professional levels. It is a need-based theory in the sense that it is a sort of "conditioning" which is the fundamental theory of all psychological trainings. So, when you condition someone, that person is willing to change.

As a successful business leader what would your advice be to young women aspiring to become business leaders and entrepreneurs in the future?

A range of circumstances influence women's professional careers, particularly in India. The first is cultural upbringing, the second is educational exposure, and the third is the opportunities that women get. Nothing can stop someone who is able to seize them and go the extra mile.

If you believe in your own work and are ethical, people will flock to you. This is what will help the entrepreneur or that individual flourish everyday. The ultimate goal is for the women to never stop learning. Face whatever comes your way and keep setting goals. You will be able to achieve your objectives if you continue to set them for yourself because you are who you are. If you're good at it, people will join you; if you're able to influence people, you'll have more people helping you out, and this will continue.
