Tell us about your early educational journey and prior industry experience. What motivated you to establish AC Training Aacademy?
My educational journey started in Kolkata, where I completed schooling and college, and within a year got married in Hyderabad to an exceedingly conservative family. In 2006 I became a partner to my brother's venture of International Language Institute managing the Hyderabad division. With recession hitting India badly in 2008, we had no option but to close down our centre because of the huge burden of license fee every quarter. That’s when I planned to start my own company AC Training ,Aacademy, to take forward my vision of imparting the quality Training skills or people's skills that are continuously in demand in corporates. We have faced many hurdles in our initial days, but working through them made us strong, and that'show we grew into what we are today. We have been pioneers in the training field in Hyderabad and were the first to introduce the internationally acclaimed language training programs, in partnership with the world's largest language training organization.
What are the different services that the company specializes in right now?
Good language skills assist you in becoming effective, at sharing information and building lasting connections, personal or business. Initially people in Hyderabad were proficient with IT skills, but were lacking the desired language fluencywhich wasutmost important to take the conversation forward with any client , so that's where we entered the industry in 2008. Initially, we were emphasizing only on providing training in enhancing such skills; as English , Behavorial and a couple of foreign languages,
but later on, with the demand in the industry and motivation and push from one of my industry partner we diversified ourselves into the technology gamut and stream of which we did not know anything about. Presently AC Training Aacademy is one of the leading, extensive, independent multifaceted corporate training providers Catering to the Entire Training/Consultation needs of Corporate Companies on a Pan Asia basis which ranges from Technology Training, Soft Skills, Behavioural Skills, Management, and Foreign Language services to content creation. Over the years, we have developed relationships with various industry leadersand enhanced our portfolio in line with the industry requirements. Our current team of trainers has been extensively trained in the International methodology of communicative training.
Tell us about your roles as AC Training Aacademy's founder. What are the primary focus areas in yourcurrent role?
I wear multiple hats as the Director of AC Training Aacademy. Starting from ensuring the smooth functioning and delivery of the programs, I ascertain that services are being catered to the client with maximum satisfaction. I also make sure that there is no delay in providing services and simultaneously keep a check on some small functions that requires my attention. As we have reached this position through word of mouth without doing any advertisements, I always safeguard that all parts of the machinery are running well.

What are some of the most pressing challenges you encounter in your current role? How do you successfully mitigate these challenges?
If you're struggling to stand out above the noise, the first thing to understand is that competition is fierce. In the initial days, we were moving around to colleges, B schools, and the corporates to get our Aacademy registered. The turning point came when we got Ourselves registered in Microsoft one of the World’s leading giant. Scarce resources and the urge to provide the best quality services have presented themselves as a challenge, and to mitigate its effect, one needs to make the best use of the available staff.
We ensure it by having qualified and enthusiastic trainers proficient in their work by delivering maximum progress in minimum time. 100% satisfaction with the client reflects the years of experience and our training programs based on people-centric training methodologies.
What are some of the most significant milestones you have achieved throughout your professional journey? What has been the driving force behind your success as a professional?
Getting my company registered with Microsoft was the primary milestone. Being from a non-technology background, now catering to all these services is another milestone. Today, my company is registered with Microsoft, Accenture, and Deloitte, another milestone we have achieved. My driving force is my husband, who is my main pillar of support and who has always stood beside me and pushed me to reach new heights . He has always been there and provided support without me even saying so. You don't have to look back if you get such positive and inspiring support from your family.
