My journey as a woman entrepreneur has been significantly influenced by my previous industry experiences, shaping both my leadership style as well as my capabilities.

Owing to my prior experience in the industry, I possess a deep understanding of the intricacies of market dynamics, along with a keen awareness of the associated challenges and opportunities. This extensive knowledge enables me to make well-informed decisions, develop strategic plans, and effectively tackle potential hurdles, distinguishing me as a self-assured and well-informed leader.

Also, confronting various hurdles in previous roles has honed my ability to navigate adversity with resilience and determination. As a leader, I am now better equipped to handle setbacks, foster a culture of resilience within my team, and instill confidence in my employees, motivating them to persevere even in challenging circumstances. I apply these understanding to foster an environment of innovation within my organization, encouraging my team to welcome change, delve into fresh concepts, and consistently improve our offerings and solutions.

Giving has always been a natural trait of mine as a person, both from birth and over the years, and it is this innate quality that has brought me this close to realizing my final goal of what I refer to as being an 'entrepreneur.'

I set out on this trip to find a group of like-minded people who could collaborate with me and help generate additional career prospects based solely on talent, maturity, and hard work. Firstly, I successfully completed a demanding full-time master's program while managing a full-time job. This achievement showcases my dedication and ability to handle challenges efficiently.

Secondly, I have garnered recognition from stakeholders at esteemed organizations like Microsoft and HSBC for my exceptional work ethic and support in tackling difficult tasks. This acknowledgment validates my competence and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Thirdly, as a working mother from a nuclear household without domestic support, I have managed to strike a balance between my professional and personal responsibilities. My multitasking skills and dedication to meditation have played crucial roles in this journey.

I am a humble, hardworking individual, fulfilling various roles as a daughter, wife, mother, and sister. Apart from my professional pursuits, I am a seeker, meditator, and enthusiastic yoga practitioner. I engage in social work in my own way, seeking to positively impact people and society around me.

Being a devoted mother to two children Anay and Ansh, my life journey has been profoundly transformative, encompassing spiritual, mental, and emotional growth. Guided by my Guru, Avadoot Shivanand, and inspired by his ideologies, I embody principles of unconditional love, non-judgment, and forgiveness in my daily existence. Several motivators aligned with my path have also contributed to my journey.

In a world filled with materialism, my main focus is on prioritizing well-being and serving others ahead of ourselves. Being in control of our mind, body, and emotions is crucial, and I have realized the power of manifesting our goals and desires.
