Arbiya Kauser: A Leader With Strong Integrity, Insight And Inclusiveness
Arbiya Kauser
Director, Mobifever Software Solutions
Competition is severe in today's economy. Businesses must discover fresh and imaginative ways to produce high-quality new products and stay ahead of the competition. This is one of the reasons why astute product designers and company owners are increasingly turning to outsourced product development. It has been enabling inventors to create excellent products quickly and with less effort.
Mobifever Software Solutions was founded in 2016 with the purpose to become a prominent outsourced product development business. Every collaboration benefits from the company's cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and data engineers, who bring decades of worldwide expertise to the table.
“Mobifever Software Solutions has always been a partner to our clients and their ambitious missions. We genuinely care about our clients and look beyond their immediate needs, by promoting the causes that motivate them. We are committed to assisting businesses in modernising technology, reimagining processes, and transforming experiences; thereby remaining competitive in a rapidly changing world,” highlights Arbiya Kauser, Director at Mobifever Software Solutions.
In an exclusive interaction with Women Entrepreneur Magazine, Arbiya Kauser, Director at Mobifever Software Solutions walks us through her personal and professional traits along with her role in the company:
Take Us Through Your Early Educational Journey And Prior Industry Experience. What Motivated You To Foray Into A Firm That Provides In-Depth Experience In End-To-End Product Development?
I graduated in 2013, with a Bachelors of Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. I am now enrolled in an executive MBA programme at a prestigious institution in Mumbai. In the past, I've worked with both service-based and product-based companies. I had the chance to learn about the end-to-end product and project lifecycles in a variety of sectors, as well as the work culture and style of numerous clients in India and across the world. This experience taught me how consulting businesses are digitally reshaping the globe. The notion that we can use technology to address basic and difficult problems in our daily lives intrigues me. The possibility to solve challenges and assist customers in realising their ideas across several disciplines drives my enthusiasm at Mobifever.
What Are The Various Roles & Responsibilities That You Currently Shoulder At Mobifever Software Solutions?
As a Director at Mobifever Software Solutions, there are many responsibilities. Startups need extensive preparation, strategy, and, most crucially, the delivery of a quality and expected product in order to acquire consumer satisfaction and confidence. Apart from project management and managing customer relations, I am involved in everything from pre-sales to maintenance and handover. I am always liaising with the client and keeping them up to date.
"I believe that we need to give equal responsibility and authority to the team members to achieve success in the project and also motivate them to overcome obstacles and challenges that they face"
Further, there are numerous obstacles to face when running a business. I believe that the ultimate answer to many issues are transparency, good communication, patience, optimism, spending time preparing and being up to speed on industry trends.
Tell Us About The Varied Expertise That You Possess As A Software Engineer. How Has Your Past Industrial Experience Helped You In Your Current Role?
My first job was as a test engineer. I was involved in all stages of the product development life cycle, from requirement collecting to delivery and maintenance. The role provided me with a wealth of knowledge about how an end-to-end product works, how a client envisions their goods, and how people perceive a feature or solution, among other things. As my career evolved, I took on positions such as Business Analyst at an international product-based firm, where I constantly dealt with stakeholders and actively participated in brainstorming with them on various business goals. As a Director of Mobifever Software Solutions, I can very well empathise with customers while also emphasising the significance of user experience and user satisfaction.
What Is Your Guiding Leadership Philosophy?
My leadership philosophy falls somewhere between Democratic and Transformational. To achieve project success, I think we must assign equal responsibility and authority to team members while simultaneously motivating them to overcome hurdles and problems. I believe in developing great relationships with team members in order to understand how I can inspire them to reach their objectives and overcome obstacles.
How Do You Keep Yourself Well Aligned With The Periodic Evolutions Occurring Within Your Respective Field Of Work? How Do You Keep Mobifever Software Solutions Well Aligned With All Those Changes?
Every day, technology evolves, and there is always something new to learn. I am grateful to be in an era where information is readily available. I follow a number of technological newsletters, social media accounts, and renowned technologists and business executives, which keep me up to speed. I feel that learning may be found in many aspects of life. Observing with an open mind is the key to acquiring those lessons. I really think that the Mobifever team is a family, and that we must consider each team member's pleasure and progress. We constantly urge the employees at Mobifever Software Solutions to set aside time during the week to attempt something outside of their normal duties.
"The illiterate of the twenty-first century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn," says one of my favourite quotes. I encourage the team to understand and adhere to this.
As A Successful Business Woman What Would Your Advice Be To Young Women And Girls Who Aspire To Become Business Leaders And Entrepreneurs In The Future?
Women in India, I believe, are frequently stereotyped. We, as women, must work much harder to shatter them. "Believe in yourself," is my advice to all the young women and girls out there. Be self-sufficient and driven. Whatever the rest of the world thinks of you, know who you are. Being a lady is a difficult task. As a result, enormous power comes with considerable hardship. You will be correct whether you believe you can or believe you cannot. Don't be scared to dream big and strive after your dreams. It is vital to listen, but you do not have to agree with everything someone says. Finally, don't give up even if you fail.
