TAKE US THROUGH YOUR EDUCATIONAL JOURNEY AND PRIOR INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE BEFORE FOUNDING ANUVI BUSINESS SOLUTIONS? WHAT FACTORS LED YOU TO BECOME AN ENTREPRENEUR AND ESTABLISH ANUVI BUSINESS SOLUTIONS?

I received the highest rank in my B.Com degree at Delhi University. I hold a CS degree from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, as well as a bachelor's degree in law. I have a total of three educational degrees so far.

I came to Dubai as a visitor and later decided to apply for a job in the city. I was selected for a few interviews and was eventually hired by a company named, SAM & Associates in JLT in the DMCC free zone, where I worked for almost three years. JLT's client company appreciated my work so much that they gave me a job in 2015. Following my transition to Four Direction Group as a Business Consultant, I was in charge of forming new firms, obtaining licenses, assisting clients in opening company bank accounts, obtaining residency and dependent visas for investors, and everything related to corporate services. The company was not performing well in 2018, so they laid off some of their employees, including me.

With eight years of expertise handling all aspects of business, I decided to start my own firm, which I formally registered three years ago and now I have two more companies.

What are some business lessons that you learned through your prior industry experience? How do you drive growth within the organization? What is your leadership mantra?

There are lots of counterparts in the market, there are plenty of Business consultant & law firms that have been in Dubai for over 20 years and people prefer to go to already established firms/companies. Initially it was very challenging for me to prove my work. But after experiencing our fast, efficient and transparent services people started noticing and recommending my work. Word of mouth was the key factor that drove my business.

Within the organization we provide transparency services whether it is process or pricing. We keep our-selves updated with the laws, rules and regulations. We provide on time services and act as we say. Additionally, our long-term relationship with the clients drives the growth of the organization.

Our Mantra focuses on understanding Prospects/Clients needs and give him the best, fast & efficient solutions. We focus on transparency & Rapport communication with Prospective Clients.

How do you keep yourself well aligned with every change taking place within the industry? How do you strike a balance between your work and personal life? What advice would you like give women entrepreneurs?

I must say, being pro-active in the thumb rule of any service industry, the rules and regulations keep changing frequently here in Dubai. We keep ourselves and our clients updated with the rule and regulation of the government of UAE and beforehand communicate basis the necessary followed up actions to be taken by the clint to safeguard Clients Interest.

To balance the work life and personal life, I give my 100% wherever I am, be it at work or at home. I advise women to keep going, never give up and over-come their fears as they are much more capable of what they think they are.
