In my previous role as Director of Patient & Guest Experience for the University of Miami Health System, I focused on leveraging resources to drive exceptional outcomes and overcome barriers to quality care. My approach centered on maximizing data insights and implementing innovative practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement through cross-functional team leadership and comprehensive training initiatives.

Transitioning to Care Angel, where I served as Director of User Journey & Experience, I spearheaded the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into clinical solutions. This pivotal role allowed me to enhance user interfaces and drive AI-driven strategies that significantly boosted patient engagement and outcomes at scale.

My tenure as National Director of Patient Experience at Sanitas (a Keralty Company) marked another significant milestone, where I established Patient Experience departments across multiple healthcare facilities throughout the USA. Here, my focus on driving cultural shifts towards care that is patient centered enhanced quality, safety, and overall patient satisfaction. With a growing portfolio of 4 Hospitals operating in 2 countries and 14 projects across 6 countries, we aim to form robust healthcare ecosystems that drive economic prosperity and improve community well-being.

In my role as Director of Patient Experience, I spearhead transformative initiatives across the hospitals and clinics to optimize healthcare services and elevate patient experiences in the region. Central to my responsibilities is cultivating a culture of patient-and-family centered care across our organization. I develop comprehensive Patient Experience strategies that encompass every aspect of the patient journey, aiming not just to meet but to exceed healthcare standards and patient expectations.
