The research suggests that by 2025, the region will experience 60 percent increase in revenues in terms of wealth management. There will also be a doubling of total AUM by 2025. The opportunity is immense. But in such a scenario it is important for wealth management firms to gauge the requirements of the clientele and cater to the varied needs of existing and new clients as well. Firms must focus on not only hiring new Relationship Managers but also retaining existing ones in order to provde seamless experience to high net-worth clients. Going by the finds of the Accenture research 40 percent of clients are looking for `advice-based solutions'. RMs will thus require data insights and better technology tools to cater to these needs.
