The performance differentiation is also of a significant margin.Companies with higher gender diversity among senior leaders are also more profitable. In spite of such supportive statistics and indicators, women continue to be missing from senior management and partner roles. This is a global challenge and prevails in almost every industry and sector. At its highest, the percentage of women in senior management roles rose to 32 percent in 2022. The truth of the matter is that more women leaders are required in every industry irrespective of the country.
