Fuelled by India's booming economy, the Indian art market is slated to have its `best-performing year' in 2023. According to the Indian Art Investor's Indian Art Market Report, the industry earned revenue of $75.8 million as of 30 September 2022. The `State of the Indian Art Market Report FY23' by Grant Thornton Bharat and Indian Art Investor, announced that the Indian art market saw a turnover of $144.3 million in FY23. This is a nine percent increase in turnover. With the market booming, the architects of this success must be acknowledged.
