Being a doorway for women to access education, find jobs, and start businesses, technology is going extra miles to break down traditional gender roles and societal expectations and equip women with apt knowledge & skills. With equal access to education, healthcare and opportunities women are thriving in their career irrespective of industries, be it IT, business, Startups, Manufacturing, Healthcare Engineering or Head Haunting, and pursuing economic and financial independence. Breaking down the glass ceiling impeding their progress, today women stand tall as full-fledged economic contributors. Women in Head-Haunting: While moving forward corporate life, several pursuits enable one with power based on their respective job position. However, HR is something where power comes from ability to influence. As per studies, HR professionals need to be empathetic and good multitasker, and women are born with such traits, which makes them a better fit for the HR function naturally. Fortunately, unlike any other industry HR has always been a female-dominated arena. As per the 2018 Workplace Diversity Report, women made up 67 percent of the HR workforce.
